1.Prepare reports,bulletins,memoranda,guides,manuals .
2.Prepares setup of materials for workshops or other meetings.
3.Types reports including doing research assistance in some instances.
4.Act as receptionist
5.Posts and maintain records .
6.Types a variety of materials.
7.Prepares forms and maintains files
8.Maintains appointment calendars.
9.Operattes a variety of office equipment.
10.Keeps time sheets for other employees.
11.May assist supervisor in preparing for special workshops that may include doing memoranda ,attendance lists,agenda and evaluation surveys.
12.Perform other duties as assigned.
13- 1-2 years experience
14-Good command of english ,french is a plus |
